Its as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!

required fields and submit.
-
You will receive a password and user name within 24
hours. Once you've received your user name and password, you can begin

status of my orders?

page (www.ortris-direct.com/order)
to view all open and closed orders. Only open orders can be edited.
How will I receive my orders?
By default, ORPAK.net
delivers orders via email to an address you specify. However, once you have
registered with ORPAK.net
you also have the option to specify customized method of delivery on a
case-by-case basis. Simply check the appropriate box at the bottom of the order
page for orders to be delivered in an alternate fashion. In addition to email,
we are also able to accept the following:
-
XML (eXtensible Markup Language) is our preferred
data format for receiving orders. There are other options and we can adapt to
your requirements, but XML is not only flexible but is becoming commonplace -
many major software packages can now generate XML formatted orders in one form
or another. Right now the exact format of the XML is usually customer-defined.
While this often leads to some custom programming at ORPAK.net
to accept differences in format, we are flexible to your needs and our MIS team
will work with you to determine the best fit for all parties involved.
-
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is ORPAK.net's
preferred communications mechanism for receiving integrated order data. HTTPs
(HyperText Transfer Protocol, secured) would be an alternative to FTP and our
MIS team will work with you to design what is needed for data exchange.
How am I billed for orders placed with
ORPAK.net?
Generally, all orders placed with ORPAK.net
are invoiced monthly with terms net 30. Specific terms of sale for each product
are detailed in the Register section of this website, under the Terms and
Conditions.
